Saint Petersburg Art Museum is having an exhibit entitled 20th Century North Carolina Pottery – A Time-Honored Tradition from March 10 through July 8, 2007. Some examples on display are from Walter Stephen, Ben Owen, and the Log Cabin Pottery.

An article about the record price paid for a piece art pottery had a slight Wisconsin connection. The seller was a former Green Bay Packer. The new owner is planning to display his new piece and others of his collection at the Saint Petersburg Art Museum in the summer of 2008.

The Mason City Globe Gazette had an article on Mason City advertising which included a mention of the Iowa Art Pottery Show in 2005 which increased awareness & collectability of Shawsheen Pottery.

The 100 year old Zeisel is still creating and this article talks about an upcoming show & a bit of history.
